ABOUT THE CLUB
As members of WCClub we all pursue and embrace the meaning of human performance as it pertains to our own personal goals. More than the satisfaction of reaching one’s goal, we all graciously acknowledge the spirit and emotion, the drive and motivation, and the detailed intentions that must occur for the most successful feats imaginable. We cannot ignore this. Instead we strive to understand the roles they play. We strive to understand how these roles can be created and fostered so that, at the right moment, they can be expressed and efficiently utilized to one’s best ability. Such is the meaning of our club. Such is the strength of our club.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Wagner Rulli, certified strength & conditioning coach with the NSCA and founder of WCClub, has over 25 years of experience as a strength coach and as a mentor in the health and fitness industry where he enjoys sharing his beliefs and knowledge with athletes, professional trainers, and gym lifestyle enthusiasts. Wagner’s own view of what constitutes the backbone of human performance distinguishes himself from society’s “conventional” way of lifting, moving and thinking. And he gives credit to his mentor, Mr. Ralph Harris, who taught him the frank and honest truth about life and lifting–it's something that goes far beyond anything physical.
