The key to a lifetime of optimal exercise is ownership of a solid foundation. And the best way to attain this is to Keep It Simple. But don’t let the title fool you. The choice of exercises might seem basic and familiar, yet it’s the focus on where and how to apply potential energy that makes building your foundation a challenge from the start.

Upon achieving a solid foundation, you’re ready to Build On Basics. This is the point where a greater degree of individualization comes into play. It’s time to apply the skills and knowledge you’ve gained as you progress to new-level routines more specific to your goals.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

To achieve your goals in elite sports or other challenges of a competitive nature, you need to dig deep to really test your High Performance abilities. This is a true opportunity to bring your physical and non-physical efforts to a new threshold. This may entail the use of additional exercise techniques such as modified Olympic Lifting, sport-specific drills, and advanced mental and visual practices for better body awareness, preparedness and control.
